GEORGE WARE

Mr. George Ware is married with children and is a Ward 7 resident. He became unemployed due to downsizing on his previous job.  Because he has been accustomed to working, he demonstrated overwhelming frustration for being unemployed and unable to provide for his family. Prior to becoming permanently employed Mr. Ware worked a variety of part time jobs.  He came to MHCDO to seek employment assistance through the Workforce Development Program. 

A MHCDO Job Counselor worked with Mr. Ware and found him a job. Becoming gainfully employed fills the void in his life. This job is without benefits; however, health benefits are provided by his wife. Since employed, Mr. Ware constantly expresses his appreciation for all the assistance he received.  In his words he said, “My job really keeps me busy, and the time goes by fast. You guys need to know how wonderful it feels to be the real head of household, thanks!”
