Single-Family Infill Housing

MHCDO's in-house production team focuses on constructing new single-family homes on vacant land in the targeted neighborhoods of Marshall Heights, Deanwood, Burrville and Northeast Boundary. These homes are typically detached houses with 1,300 square feet, 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, all appliances and carpeting.

The goals of the Infill Housing program are to produce affordable housing for first-time homebuyers and to revitalize neighborhoods.

Partners: Bank of America, BB&T
