In 1998, MHCDO converted 870 mostly 1-bedroom apartment units to 470 mostly 2 & 3-bedroom apartment units at Meadow Green Courts.  MHCDO chose this project because of its strategic location on the southern end of the commercial corridor.  The property is 100% occupied.  This was one of four simultaneous efforts by MHCDO, CIH Homes, the District of Columbia Housing Authority, and Edmondson and Gallagher to transform the Greenway neighborhood.
