Home Again Initiative

Home Again Property <-- Before / After -->

In December 2003, MHCDO became the first developer to renovate and sell homes through the DC Government's Home Again Initiative. MHCDO was selected to develop Bundle #4 in the first offering of Home Again properties, which includes eight rehabs and two empty lots. Seven of the ten properties are located in Ward 7.

At the begining of 2004, MHCDO was in the process of obtaining four additional vacant lots through Home Again.
