Hilltop Terrace

Hilltop Terrace is a development of 20 detached single family homes in Ward 7's Benning Heights neighborhood. The new community, which will be built in three phases, will include two of the popular housing models from MHCDO’s Banneker Ridge development located at Minnesota Avenue SE and Ridge Road SE.

In May 2004, MHCDO and the builder, CIH Homes, began construction on the first phase of Hilltop Terrace, which includes six spacious "Banneker" model homes.
