Lloyd D. Smith Open for College Scholarships
12th annual golf tournament in support of college scholarships for Ward 7 youth will take place at the hisotric Langston Golf Course, 26th and Benning Road, NE. Corporate teams and inviduals are encouraged to register participation by May 8, 2008. Contact Angela Copeland at ext. 163 for more information.

APPLICATION DUE DATE: Thursday, May 1 - 5 p.m.
MHCDO College Scholarship Program

Richard and Corrine Hamilton Day of Service
Painting and beautification community service event will take place at three Ward 7 locations: Aiton ES, Willis P. Greene Manor (MHCDO's supportive housing facility), and another affordable housing location. An excellent community service activity for groups and individuals. Held in conjunction with NeighborWorks Week. Contact Angela Copeland at ext. 163 to confirm your participation.
