MHCDO's bylaws provide for a 30 member Board of Directors with membership categories designed to represent a broad cross-section of the Ward 7 community, including churches, Advisory Neighborhood Commissions, civic associations, and local businesses.  The Board of Directors makes policy decisions regarding MHCDO programs and activities.
